Potomac Highlands Kennel is truly blessed to have the
opportunity to raise such a wonderful breed as the Labrador Retriever.
These Labradors have a drive to carry-out what they so eagerly and easily learn.
Our main goal has always been and will remain 'quality not quantity'.
Our Labrador Retrievers are hand-raised by our family with the same goal
in mind... 'obedience on the field, faithful companion in the home.' We believe
our labs make the best companions, on and off the field.
Potomac Highlands Kennel Labrador Retriever puppies
have a 30-month full health guarantee, including hips. Special attention
is given to nutritional diets, exercise and exams thru the critical neonatal
period. The worming and vaccination schedule followed, complies with the
AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) protocol.
Potomac Highlands Kennel Lab puppies are whelped and
cared for in our home (this is ALWAYS recommended), and NOT in a
kennel, back yard or barn. They follow a strict schedule proven to be beneficial
in many ways. A consistent routine provides a sense of security, improving trust and
bonding. Proper socialization techniques are implemented and positive
reinforcement is always practiced.
